<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding technique of a rubber and plastic insulated power cable for preventing deformation or flow-out of cable insulating member from a die, while an insulating resin is extruded. SOLUTION: In a bonding technique, an extruding die 5 is provided on a conductor connection part 4 and nearby cable-insulating bodies 2a and 2b, and in the die 5, molten insulating resin is extruded to form a reinforcement insulating body. In rubber and plastic insulated power cables 1a and 1b, a middle member made up of an adiabatic double-cut tube 8 on the die side and a heat conductive double-cut tube 7 on the cable insulating body side is interposed between both ends of the die 5 and the cable-insulating bodies 2a and 2b.</p> |
