摘要 A cooked dish (I) comprises cooked meat stuffed and cooked lentils. Also claimed is a method (II) of obtaining (I) comprising: (a) removing the bones and fat from a 7-9 kg piece of meat; (b) placing the meat in brine; (c) removing the meat from the brine and rinsing in cold water several times; (d) drip drying and shaping the meat; (e) piercing the meat to enable the introduction of strips of cooked lentils coated in a clear jelly; (f) smoking the resulting product using lentil straw; (g) allowing the product to cool; (h) vacuum packing the product; (i) steaming the product to cook the meat; and (j) cooling the product. Also claimed is a device (III) for the application of (II) comprising two elongated semi cylindrical elements, the first fitted with a handle, the second rotating around the first. (II) and (III) are used to prepare a cooked dish (I) comprising meat and lentils.
