PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain molded food which is rigidly integrated by means of a small quantity of binding agent without using fat and oil or sugar even when multiple edible material pieces which easily absorb water and is easily stripped are used, where the taste and the eating feeling of the raw material itself is utilized and also which is provided with low-calory, excellent portability and preservation property by integratedly binding the plural edible raw material pieces with milk protein. SOLUTION: The target food is obtained by integratedly binding the plural edible raw material pieces with milk protein. It is adequate that the edible raw material pieces are a meal-state, a granular state or a small piece state with a size being 1-20 mm. Concretely, grains such as embryo, wheat bran, pressed barly or unpolished rice, etc., or corn flakes, wheat flakes and rice puffs being the processed product. Moreover, milk protein means milk-originated protein with casein or a whey as a main body and, concretely, casein or its salt kinds, a whey protein concentrated matter and various kinds of peptides, etc., are adopted. |
