<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimmer capacitor effectively suppressing aging of electrostatic capacity, while preventing dispersion of electrostatic capacity formed between a stator electrode and a rotor electrode. SOLUTION: A trimmer capacitor is provided, wherein a dielectric rotor 3 in which a rotor electrode 32 is formed is rotatably positioned on a ceramic stator substrate 1 in which a stator electrode is formed. Since the stator substrate 1 is thicker than a continuity part 21 in which the stator electrode 2 is connected to a stator terminal 22 and an overcoating glass layer 23 is deposited around the stator electrode 2, the continuity part 21 is not exposed at all when a surface of the stator substrate 1 is polished, and since a polished recess by excess polishing dose not reach by the surface of the stator substrate 1, outflow of lubricant and penetration of humidity are completely prevented and greatly stable relation between the stator substrate 1 and the dielectric rotor 3 can be stably maintained with aging.</p> |
