<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure of building unit which can secure an excellent termite-preventive effect when an underfloor sheet is a termite- preventive sheet, as well as can improve the airtightness of a building unit. SOLUTION: In a piping structure of building units 1 and 2 in which an underfloor sheet 17 is extended at the lower surface of box form skeleton, a piping 3 is provided by penetrating the underfloor sheet 17, and a pair of holding plates 4 and 5 to hold the underfloor sheet 17 from the upper and the lower sides are provided to the piping 3. As a result, even though the underfloor sheet 17 is turned over to generate a clearance between the piping 3, the crearance can be blocked by the pair of holding plates 4 and 5, so as to improve the airtightness of the building units 1 and 2. When the underfloor sheet 17 is an termite-preventive sheet, an excellent termite-preventive effect can be secured.</p> |
