<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete cellularization/decellularization processing of speech information only one time and to perform high quality speech transmission that does not have transmission delay by performing connecting change of only logical connection of speech information through the notification of a relay connection cannel of speech conversation. SOLUTION: An Interface of a connection line between a relay exchange 4 and an ATM multiplexing device 10 consists of a voice signal and a control signal. The speech signal is voice information that flows on the so-called conversation paths 8a and 8b, and the controls signal is a signal that is mutually exchanged with the exchange 4 on an information transfer route 9 in order to control the connection and disconnection of the conversation paths. The exchange 4 notifies a relay connection channel of speech conversation to be relayed to the device 10, and also, a communication controller 20 transfers control information that controls conversation between a central controller 18 and the exchange 4 and connects only logical connection of voice information of the speech conversation through notification from the exchange 4.</p> |
