PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for a staircase devised to construct the staircase easily and at low cost and a staircase unit using this block. SOLUTION: Blocks 1A-1D for a staircase integrally formed of concrete so as to have a long rectangular flat surface shape and on an upper surface of which a plural number of flat surfaces are aligned and provided in steps from one end of the side of a long rectangular long axis toward the other end sequentially with specified height are sequentially arranged in the short axial direction so that the flat surfaces of the one adjoining blocks 1A-1D for the staircase and the flat surfaces of the other blocks 1A-1D for the staircase form stair treads 14 continuously with each other in the short axial direction. With staircase units 11, 12 in this constitution, in the case of previously producing each of the blocks 1A-1D for the staircase as precast articles in advance, as each of the blocks for the staircase is small and light, it is easy to handle them at the time of manufacture, transportation and side construction, and it is possible to reduce manufacturing cost and construction cost. |
