The invention refers to an automatic machine for vertical packing of food products in a granular or powder form, used in the production lines of such products. The automatic machine consists of a metallic frame (A) that is designed to support a mobile plate (B), a cutting and sealing unit (C) that is horizontally driven by a guiding plate (22), a driving mechanism (D) that is coupled by means of a pin (56) to an actuating lever (55) connected at the other end to an arm (52), as well as a dispensing mechanism (E), mounted on its upper side.
