PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the input and output in the collection of cargo and delivery, and to reduce the mistakes in input and output, by connecting a terminal unit for tabulation and a computer unit through a communication circuit, and transmitting the data on the collection and delivery work which is input to the terminal unit for tabulation, to a data storing area of the computer unit. SOLUTION: An operator, a vehicle, a consignor, a delivery address, a collected cargo, a quantity, and a work time as collection work data, are input to a terminal unit for tabulation to be stored therein, in the collection work of the cargo to be delivered from the consignor to the delivery address. Further the delivery address, the collected cargo, the quantity, and the work time as the delivery work data, are input to be stored, in the delivery work of the collected cargo to the delivery address. The data on the collection work and the data on delivery are collated in the delivery work, and the collated both work data can be transmitted as the collection and delivery data through a telephone and a communication circuit. A computer comprises a memory area for storing the data base program by which the collection work data of each operator can be displayed on a display image plane, and the collection work data. |
