PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mineral composition which supplies required quantities of minerals to a living body in a well-balanced and simple manner, and improves taste of foods and beverages. SOLUTION: This method is to enrich seawater to a salt content of 10 to 20 wt.%, and exclude 40 to 90 wt.% of sodium chloride from the enriched seawater. |
