摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct laser machining at a high speed and to facilitate adjustment of machining laser output by introducing a pulse output laser and a continuous output laser into one optical fiber cable, converging it to a machining point. SOLUTION: A continuous laser emitted from a continuous output laser generator 1 is made incident on a beam splitter 21, then deflected by 90 degrees, and projected on a lens 17. A pulse laser emitted from a pulse output laser generator 3 is made incident from the back of the beam splitter 21, penetrating it and projecting on the condensing lens 17 coaxially with the continuous laser. The condensing lens 17 converges the continuous laser and the pulse laser and introduces them to the core of the incident terminal 5 of an optical fiber cable. Both lasers are introduced into one optical fiber cable 7 and transmitted to a machining head provided on the other end of the cable. Thus, laser machining is performed. As a result, it can be utilized for automatic machining using a robot and the like.
