PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the system to generate walk path information matched with the state of walk at high speed in accordance with request of a user and in which a state of pedestrians is considered and service the information to a user by constituting the system so that map data for a pedestrian is obtained from a storage device and a path for pedestrian is searched using this data. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a storage device storing map data 13 for pedestrian specially made for pedestrian, and a pedestrian information processor 11 for generating and editing map data 13 for pedestrian, reading out map data 13 for pedestrian, and generating information to be offered. The pedestrian information processing device 11 is provided with an input/output control means 111 receiving an input from a user, a map data generating and editing means 115 for pedestrian generating and editing the map data 13 for pedestrian, a map data retrieving means 114 for pedestrian retrieving map data of the corresponding region from the map data 13 for pedestrian, and the like. Area data, block data, and street data are stored in the map data 13 for pedestrian. |
