PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver of an automobile to use a portable telephone set safely. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a stationary part (base 31 or the like) that fixes a portable telephone set 70, an earphone 41 connecting to a cord wired to the stationary part, a microphone 42 connecting to the cord wired to the stationary part, and a plug 47 that connects the cord connected to the earphone 41 and the cord connecting to the microphone 42 to the portable telephone set 70 (1). An arm 43 that supports the microphone 42 is turnably fitted to the stationary part (2). Furthermore, the arm 43 is designed to be freely extended/contracted (3). |
