PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail man-hours in a rotor-making process by abolishing the adhesive of a sensor magnet fixed to a rotor. SOLUTION: A stop ring 3 is set on a shaft 2, and the outside periphery of a collar 5 is press-fitted into the inside periphery of a sensor magnet 4 for unification on one side, and a knurling tool 6 is provided at the section of engagement with the collar 5 of the shaft 2 in a collar-setting position, whereby it is made larger than the diameter of the shaft diameter. The collar 5 integrally mounted with the sensor magnet 4 is press-fitted and fixed to the shaft knurling tool 6, and the positioning is performed by shifting it until the sensor magnet 4 abuts on the side of a stop ring 3, and further a ball bearing 7 is press-fitted until it abuts on the end face of the collar 5, and the sensor magnet 4 is caught and fixed with the stop ring 3 and the collar 5. |
