<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a valve system control displacement in accordance with a pressure change in the inside of a valve by furnishing the film type valve system having elasticity provided between a valve seat formed on an opening end part of one of the upper and lower valves and a bottom surface part of the other free to move. SOLUTION: Air is delivered to an air bag for pressing an ulnar artery through an exhaust valve 9. The exhaust valve 9 is, a so called automatic valve and has roughly bottomed cylindrical upper valve 32 and lower valve 33 and a valve plate 34 having elasticity arrnaged on a valve seat 33a formed on an inner peripheral part of an opening end part of the lower valve 33 free to move. The valve element 34 is formed of, for example, stainless steel, made about 7.4 mm in an outside diameter and about 0.05 mm in thickness. Consequently, the valve element 34 is elastically deformed in accordance with a bottom surface part of the upper valve 32 by pressure of circulating air at the time of exhausting air from a blowhole 35, and the blowhole 35 is blocked.</p> |
