Method involves realization of successive cycles each of that involves at least a period of gaseous medium for breathing use at increased partial density of carbon dioxide and period of breathing with gaseous mixture containing vapours and/or aerosols of physiologically important substances. System for realization of a method has device for administration of vapours and/or aerosols to atmosphere air medium, block for control and signalization, device for patient placing, device for gaseous medium preparing at increased partial density of carbon dioxide and operation block. System can be modified by inclusion of a device for air medium ionization, device for control over breathing parameters, members for indication of recommended breathing regime.
