FIELD: domestic drying equipment. SUBSTANCE: drying cabinet has trays for receiving food products to be dried, control panel for switching on heater blocks and setting drying temperature, depending on kind of product. Sensor signal is supplied to control panel. When predetermined temperature is reached, heater blocks are switched off. According to requirements, process temperature may be changed through setting its value by means of control panel. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of dried product. 2 cl, 3 dwg
