Material is prepared by mixing polymeric binding agent with fibrous heat-resistant reinforcing and dispersed filling agents containing moisture. Components are mixed preliminary or during a process of the parent components mixing and subjected for mechanical and thermic treatment. Drying stage of the parent components is excluded. EFFECT: improved properties of articles, simplified technology of process.
