The Meatball Wizard is a COOKWARE concept that addresses a "new" and tasty way of preparing meatballs, in the OVEN - ROAST-STYLE, or on ones BARBEQUE| The invention itself is a stainless steel tray that will accommodate 25 through their cooking and serving stages. Each one of the 'wells' are parabolic in shape, thus allowing for the accommodation of either small or large sized meatballs. There are 1/2 cm. holes in the bottom of each well to allow for fat drain-off, because everyone is watching their calories these days, as well as their budget.
