PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a document from being utilized before a set date by setting up the disclosure scheduled date of the document, and when user's operation date exceeds the scheduled date, enabling a user to refer to the document. SOLUTION: A control part 1 starts an input processing part 2 when user's operation instruction is an input request or starts a reference processing part 3 when the user's operation instruction is a reference request and provides operation date data to the processing part 3. The input processing part 2 inputs a document name, document data, an address to be distributed, a disclosure scheduled date (hereinafter these data are collectively called as a document) inputted by a user and stores the document in a document data file 4. The address to be distributed and the disclosure scheduled date are added in each document. The reference processing part 3 writes a reference document name and user's section name inputted by the user, retrieves a document having the same document name as the reference document name from the file 4, and when the user's section name exists in the distributed address of the obtained document and the user's operation date exceeds the disclosure scheduled date of the document, enables the user to refer to the document data. |
