发明名称 NEW IMMUNOREGULATION MOLECULE AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new molecule capable of controlling immune reaction, etc., and useful as a immune reaction enhancer, etc., in immunotherapy specific to antigen of vaccine and cancer by controlling mutual action between molecules which participate in transduction of a costimulatory signal playing a roll as a member for T cell activation. SOLUTION: This immunoregulation molecule, e.g. a molecule having a peptide of the formula controls transduction of a costimulatory signal by mutually acting on molecules which participate in the costimulatory signal on an antigen- presenting cell and/or T cell, in T cell activation by antigen-presenting cell. The molecule is obtained by screening a phage random peptide library presenting >=8 amino acid sequences by using an antigen (e.g. anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody against CTLA-4 expressed on T-cell) recognizing three- dimensional structure in mutual action part of either one molecule in two molecules carrying out specific mutual action.
