PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to find the cause of abnormality promptly. SOLUTION: An abnormality detecting circuit 41 in an input power supply and a secondary overcurrent detecting circuit 47 monitors whether or not abnormality occurred outside when viewed from a power supply 10. If abnormality is detected, the circuits cause a current to flow into the set winding 71a of a latch relay 71 to be kept in a set state, while a current flow into the reset winding 71b of the latch relay 71 is inhibited unless a reset switch 74 is operated. When a power supply control circuit 30 stops the operation of a power supply part 20 on detecting abnormality, this structure enables the latch relay 71 to maintain the set state when a breaker switch is turned on again even after turned off, thereby making it possible to understand instantly that it is the external abnormality that stopped the operation. |
