<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb distortion by a slit so as to suppress thermal deformation of a filter even if temperature gradient is generated on a filter body cause a distortion by forming the slit on a mesh shaped laminated filter body. SOLUTION: When particle materials are stuck on a filter body 11 sufficiently, pressure loss is increased, the laminated filter body 11 should be refreshed. On the refreshment of the filter body 11 current-carrying of a heater is carried out, the particle materials stuck on the filter body 11 are heated, burnt, and eliminated from the filter body 11, and then, regeneration is carried out. Even if a temperature gradient is generated by heating a part of the filter body 11 so as to cause distortion on the filter body 11, the distortion generated on the filter body 11 is absorbed by slits 12a, 12b, and thereby, thermal deformation of the filter body 11 is suppressed.</p> |
