<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which, using simple constitution, enables a variety of control inputs to be made on a display screen in accordance with guidance displayed on the display screen and enables key input to be also made with a similar operating feel. SOLUTION: A touch panel structure, for use in a living body processing device which processes living body information and which comprises a display part displaying a variety of information and a touch panel placed in proximity to the display screen of the display part, is disposed. When the touch panel 50 is arranged in a position in proximity to the display screen of the display part, the input sensing area of the touch panel 50 has a first input sensing zone 51 corresponding to the display area of the display part for the results of processing and for guidance to input instruction, a dead zone 53 provided around the display area of the display part for the results of processing and for the guidance to input instruction, and a second sensing zone 52 of a predetermined width, which is provided on at least one side of the outside of the dead zone 53.</p> |
