PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of DC/DC converter or a low voltage battery by setting a predetermined turn ratio for the winding of a primary input circuit, the winding of a first secondary DC output circuit, the winding of a second secondary DC output circuit, and the winding of a DC input circuit sharing the core of one transformer. CONSTITUTION:A rectifying circuit 13 and a smoothing capacitor 15 are connected between one end 5 of the primary winding 3 of a transformer and a tap 11 for dividing the primary winding 3 into two with a predetermined turn ratio. A chopper 19 comprising an FET is inserted between a first switch 17 for switching the rectified input and one end 5 of the primary winding 3. Consequently, high and low DC voltages can be taken out, respectively, from first and second secondary DC output circuits when a battery is charged. When the battery is not charged, a high DC driving voltage and a low DC voltage can be taken out, respectively, from the battery and the second secondary DC output circuit. |
