The invention relates to the cutting tools for machining of wood and metal, particularly to the saw blades and can be used in devices comprising two similar saw blades arranged in an adjacent relationship and with opposed rotary direction in relation to each other. The saw blade (1) comprises teeth with side parts (4 and 7) being parallel in relation to the side planes (2 and 3) of the saw blade. The side part (4) of the tooth is located outside the side plane (3) and the side part (7) is recessed in relation to the side plane (2). The side part (4) of the tooth is connected to the side plane (3) of the saw by an inclined plane (5). The saw blade can have through holes or channels.Claims: 9Fig.: 4
