<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feeds a cable without providing damage to the cable by constantly assuring fixed cable deflection from the initial cable winding until the final cable winding. SOLUTION: Constitution is made to a motor speed controlling circuit for changing the speed of a variable speed motor by sliding and moving a variable resistor 7 for changing the output frequency of a variable frequency power supply 6 for the variable speed motor M by means of a reversible motor (m). In self-resetting switches S1, S2, S3 successively cam-operating with respect to the upper movement of a rotationally moving arm 3, the switch S1 initially operated by the upper movement of the rotationally moving arm 3 caused by a reduction in cable deflection previously starts the variable speed motor at low speed. The remaining switches S2, S3 alternately switch the conductive connection of the reverse power supply input terminal of the reversible motor to a power supply B. Reversibly driving the variable resistor in accordance with the cable deflection changes the output frequency of the variable frequency power supply. Controlling the rotary driving speed of a drum 2 by means of the variable speed motor feeds with given deflection an electrical cable from the drum.</p> |
