<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the respective conditions of temperature and mixing ratio and to secure quality and durability by generating fine bubble particles and holding the same in a binder at the time of heating and mixing the mixture or compaction for preparing the binder for forming the mixture for pavement. SOLUTION: Mixing efficiency, temperature sensitivity, compaction efficiency, and the mixing efficiency of new and old binders 2, 7 of a regenerated mixture are improved by existence of fine bubble particles 6 in a binder 2 in the course from manufacturing to paving. The quantity of generated material of the fine bubble particle 6, for example, material having crystal water used is 1-30% by weight ratio to the normal binder quantity. The quantity of a surfactant to be used is 0.1-3% by weight ratio to the normal binder 2 quantity. The manufacturing efficiency and the workability are improved, and quality and durability are secured, and then the weather condition, the site condition and the mixing ratio of a regenerated aggregate 1 depending on the kind of the binder 2 used are relaxed. Thus the temperature condition is relaxed, and at the time of heating the material for the aggregate 1 and the binder 2, the discharge of carbon dioxide gas can be restrained and the fuel cost can be reduced.</p> |
