FIELD: organic chemistry, vitamin derivatives. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of aminoascorbic acid of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.401 HE=36 WI=21 TI=CHI> where R' is H, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>8</SB>-alkyl, CH<SB>2</SB>R<SB>3</SB>; R'' is C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>8</SB>-alkyl, CH<SB>2</SB>R<SB>3</SB>, or when R' means H then R'' means -C(O)H; R is 5- or 6-membered heterocycle containing oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur atom as a heteroatom, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>8</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>6</SB>-C<SB>12</SB>-aryl or cyclohexyl; R,R<SB>1</SB>,R<SB>2</SB> are H, benzyl. These compounds show anticarcinogenic effect. Compounds of the formula (I) are synthesized by different methods, in part, by alkylation of a compound of the formula (II) <EMI ID=0.402 HE=36 WI=21 TI=CHI>. EFFECT: improved methods of synthesis, enhanced antitumor activity of compounds.
