FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: device is used for taking oil sludge from sludge collecting ponds at oil fields and oil-processing enterprises and also for collecting oil in case of its accidental spilling. Device has floating frame which is secured on floats. Floating frame is connected by ropes to winches which are positioned at different points on surface of sludge collecting pond. Winches are fastened by means of spiral anchors for possible turning around longitudinal axes. Device is provided with steam-water ejectors which are connected with steam generator. Steam-water ejectors incorporate sludge intakes. Bottom sludge intake has two disks which are mounted on axle. Installed on axle between disks for possible turning is hollow half-cylinder with latticed lower wall having flat blades arranged along generating lines of half-cylinder. Suction pipe unions of central ejector are connected with internal space of half-cylinder. Steam generator, floats, and draining pipe are successively interconnected by flexible hoses. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures its high performance characteristics due to perfect maneuverability and possibility of collecting oil sludge both from surface and bottom of sludge collecting ponds.
