<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system capable of decreasing energy consumed for separating carbon dioxide gas and separating and collecting a large amount of the carbon dioxide gas from an exhaust gas highly efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: A power generation system comprises a plurality of power generation plants 1 which generate power by using a fuel containing a hydrogen carbide as a primary constituent and are provided with carbon dioxide gas collecting mechanisms for separating and collecting the carbon dioxide gas generated at the time of operation, and amount of the carbon dioxide gas collected by the carbon dioxide gas collecting mechanism of each power generation plant 1 is leveled to a range of not less than 3% and not more than 10% of the amount of the carbon dioxide gas generated during operation of the plant 1.</p> |
