<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen longevity and reduce cost by enclosing and sealing a space sandwiched by a first piping and a second piping constituting a branch pipe with a ceiling plate, a bottom plate and a vertical plate and preventing burst of powder and granule outside. SOLUTION: A space sandwiched by a first piping 1 and a second piping 2 is enclosed and sealed with a ceiling plate 3, a bottom plate and a vertical plate 5 on a y-shaped branch pipe constituted of the first piping 1 and the second piping 2. When pneumatic transportation of powder and granule is carried out for a long period of time, a downstream position of a communicated connecting part of the first piping or the second piping at a branching point of the branch pipe is gradually abrased by collision with the powder and granule, and finally a hole is made. In this case, the powder and granule get into the space surrounded by the first piping 1, the second piping 2, the ceiling plate 3, the bottom plate and the vertical plate 5 from this hole, this space is filled with the powder and granule, a shape of a branching part is maintained by these powder and granule themselves, and burst of the powder and granule outside is prevented.</p> |
