PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shrink and to make a resin surface smooth by injecting resin in a cavity, then blowing pressurized fluid from a core mold and solidifying the resin in the cavity under pressure by the fluid. SOLUTION: After resin 20 is injected from a resin injection port 7 of a cavity mold 5 in a cavity, pressurized fluid is supplied to a pressurized fluid chamber 16 of a core mold 6 in the state that the resin 20 is soft. A core shaft 10 is moved upward against a recoiling elastic force of a recoiling spring member 15, and a pressurized fluid inlet 12 is opened circumferentially at a bottom of a valve 11. Simultaneously, the fluid introduced into the chamber 16 is supplied to the inlet 12 via introducing passages 17, 18, 19, etc., provided at a shaft core of the shaft 10, and the resin 20 in the cavity is pressurized while forming a pressurizing space 21 at a top of the core mold. And, outer surfaces of a body 2 and bottom 3 are press bonded together with an opening threaded part in the cavity to the mold 5 to prevent shrink or the like under pressure by the fluid and to make the surface smoothly solidified. |
