PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rotation of a machine part, consisting of a shaft and an apparatus, with the maximum number of revolutions, maximum rotation precision, best synchronous operation, and reduced energy consumption, in a gas bearing device for a high speed rotation shaft. SOLUTION: A shaft 1 is provided with an apparatus arranged at one end. At least three gas bearings 3a, 3b, and 3c for radial bearing are arranged along a shaft. The gas bearings are arranged in a fixed casing 2. The bearing holes of the first and third bearing 3a and 3c are formed concentrically to each other, and the bearing hole of the second bearing 3b positioned in a central position is eccentrically deviated from the bearing holes of the first and third bearings. An eccentric deviation is effected by a regulation device. |
