PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit documents different little by little from recipients by utilizing the electronic mail system. SOLUTION: The electronic mail system is provided with a document selection section 6 that is used to imbed a keyword denoting a range of a document specific to a recipient into a mail document in the case of sending documents different little by little from the recipients by an electronic mail and with a transmission mail edit section 7 that reconfigures a document for each recipient at mail transmission. In the case that documents different little by little from recipients are sent by an electronic mail, documents for the entire recipients are stored in one mail document and the document specific to a recipient is identified through range designation. The mail is sent after reconfiguring the document for each recipient at mail transmission. The documents different little by little from recipients are sent by one mail transmission. |
