<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an air-permeable sheet structure capable of being produced in a relatively simple production process without causing a problem of pollution and enabling the production of an artificial leather having more excellent air permeability than that of natural leather, and to prepare a leather-like sheet structure. SOLUTION: A porous layer is formed by coating an air-permeable substrate with a foamed material and subsequently drying the coated substrate. The foamed material is obtained by foaming a compound solution containing at least a base resin and a filler, and has a thixotropy index of 2-4. The porous layer has open pores having diameters of 20-250μm. The air permeability of the sheet structure is 3-13 cm<3> /cm<2> /sec.</p> |
