<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and surely execute test inspection on the way of a manufacturing process by constituting plural wiring on an array substrate so as to have test inspecting electrode pads on both ends. SOLUTION: An image display circuit part 1, a drive circuit part 2, a test circuit part TC and an OLB pad 3 are formed on an array substrate. A signal line 5 is connected to the OLB pad 3, and a video signal is supplied from the outside. Further, an auxiliary capacity line 6 is inputted to the drive circuit part 2. Further, OS pads 7, 8 are provided respectively on the both end parts of a gate line 4. Further, the OS pads 9, 10 are provided respectively on the both end parts of the signal line 5 also. Further, the OS pads 11, 12 are provided respectively on the both end parts of the auxiliary capacity line 6 also. In this liquid crystal display device, a prescribed drive signal is supplied from the OLB pad 3 to the drive circuit 2 and by observing a voltage waveform outputted to a testing pad, the operation of the drive circuit 2 is tested and inspected.</p> |
