PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent gas-barrierness, transparency, etc., and good post-processability such as lamination and printing and useful for food packaging film by compounding a polyamide resin with a laminar silicate, a hindered phenolic compound, etc., at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective film can be produced by compounding (A) 60-99.939wt.% of a polyamide resin with (B) 0.05-30wt.% (preferably 0.1-10wt.%) of a laminar silicate (e.g. montmorillonite) uniformly dispersed in the component A, (C) 0.001-5wt.% (preferably 0.05-2wt.%) of a hindered phenolic compound and (D) 0.01-5wt.% (preferably 0.05-2wt.%) of a silane coupling agent of formula I (X is Cl, alkoxy, etc.; Y is Cl, vinyl, etc.; R<1> is alkylene; n is 0 or 1) and/or a titanate coupling agent of formula II [R<2> is alkyl; R<3> to R<5> are (substituted) alkyl, alkanoyl, etc.], forming the mixture in the form of a film and drawing the film. |
