PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the unnecessary acquisition of a communication network, to reduce the traffic of the communication network and to reduce the burden of the line use charge of a mobile station user by returning the response of a base station address corresponding to an inquiry to a moving station instead of a domain name system when arrived data is judged to be inquiry information of the base station address. SOLUTION: A data analysis means 51 analyzes the header content of request data arrived from the moving station and judges whether request data is the inquiry of an IP address by a domain name or not or whether the content is the inquiry of the IP address of the self-station when data is the DNS inquiry based on the result. When the content is that except for the inquiry of the IP address of the self-station even if request data is the DNS inquiry, a line interface 42 call-connects an access server. When a call is established, it is transmitted to the access server. |
