PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for conversion to punning by converting a sequence to the arrangement of words with similar reading when that sequence is inputted and further selecting a word natural as a language out of these words. SOLUTION: A reading dictionary 40 is referred to from a character string converting part 20 and registers words corresponding to the reading of the sequence. A connection relation dictionary 50 registers the relation of connection with the grammatical part of speech of a word converted by the character string converting part 20 or with the other word. A character string generating part 10 stores reading corresponding to each number inside the memory of the character string generating part 10 in advance and corresponding to an inputted sequence 1, a character string 2 composed of the reading of each number in that sequence is generated. The character string converting part 20 converts the character string 2 to the word having the coincident reading with that of its one part while referring to the reading dictionary 40 and defines this word as a character string 3. A word discriminating part 30 discriminates naturalness as the word of the converted character string 3 while using the connection relation dictionary, selects a character string 4 having high naturalness and outputs that character string 4. |
