<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately operate and monitor a control part as required, even if an ignition switch is turned off. SOLUTION: While a control part 7 is in operation, or when a signal is inputted at least from at least two inputting parts 1, 3 and Q4 causing the operation of the control part 7 to be started, on this condition, a watch-dog circuit 41 is thereby actuated. By this constitution, the control part 7 can be appropriately operated so as to be monitored as required, and simultaneously, when any condition is not satisfied, since the watch-dog circuit 41 will never be actuated, an useless battery consumption can thereby be avoided.</p> |
