<p>The invention concerns a prosthetic implant for obstructing (1) an anatomical duct, cavity or orifice, comprising a porous textile element (1a) obtained from a prosthetic tissue, having in a flat and non-compact configuration the shape of a piece with a continuous outer edge or periphery (5), and said element comprising at least two radial elements (4), extending and distributed around a central zone (6) free from any radial element, and said radial elements determining, by local thrust in said central zone (6), while centripetally stressing the textile element (1a) remaining periphery, a configuration compact in volume. The invention is characterised in that, in combination, the textile element (1a) in which are located without break both said central zone and the peripheral zone comprising the radial elements, comprises at least two superposed plates (2, 3) of prosthetic tissue, and the two radial elements (4) are shaped like two textile strips respectively, each consisting of a multiplicity of points linking the two plates (2, 3) with at least one yarn.</p> |
