PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the period of lending and the number of times of lendings or the like by measuring the period of the lending and/or the number of times of lendings based on opening/closing of a power switch part, discriminating it through a control part and storing data concerning the period of the lending and/or the number of times of lendings. SOLUTION: When a power switch part 7 is closed, power is supplied to a control part 4 and a storage part 5, and a loan management processing program stored in a memory inside the control part 4 is executed. The control part 4 operates the data concerning the period of the lending and/or the number of times of lendings provided by the lending management processing program. The control part 4 instructs an output part 8 so that the storage part 5 can output the period of lending and/or the number of times of lendings operated by the control part 4. The output part 8 outputs data by voice from a speaker, by character on a display or through an interface for outputting to an external computer. |
