PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station system where re-booting due to an overflowed reception packet queue is prevented. SOLUTION: In the case of storing call control packets received from a digital communication network to a reception packet queue (transmission queue to a task) in the base station system in the personal handy phone system, whether or not number of call control packets having already been stored in the reception packet queue is less than a prescribed number N (S61), and when less, the received call control packets are stored in the reception packet queue (S63), and when number of the call control packets having already been stored in the reception packet queue is more than the prescribed number N, the received call control packets are aborted (S62). Thus, the overflowed reception packet queue is prevented. |
