PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a prescribed token in the unit of applications or flows even on the occurrence of congestion where a flow with many transfer data quantities takes place. SOLUTION: The LAN connector is provided with a QoS header addition means 15, a Qos table 16 and a transmission queue selection means 17 (including a selection condition setting section 18), and queues include (1) a queue (fair queuing) selected by the round robin, (2) a queue selected with fixed priority as conventionally (corresponding to IP standards, IEEE802) and (3) a queue whose selection frequency is changed in response to a communication resource (band width) reserved by the RSVP or the like. Received frames are shared to each queue and a share ratio of a resource is decided between the queues (1), (2) and a maximum share value is decided to the queue (3) to ensure a token of traffic shared to the queue (1) and the high priority queue (2). |
