<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the waste water-free method by which the calcium chloride and heavy metals in the fly ash recovered from a refuse incinerator are easily discarded or reutilized. SOLUTION: The fly ash contg. hydrogen chloride, calcium and heavy metals recovered by a bag filter 4 from the waste gas of a refuse incinerator 1 is washed with water in an ash extractor 8, aq. NaOH is added to the filtrate contg. CaCl2 from a pipeline 108 to convert CaCl2 into Ca(OH)2 , and the CaCl2 - free ash is melted and then solidified by a device 7 and discarded. The filtrate contg. CaCl2 forms slaked lime by the addition of aq. NaOH, and the slaked lime is separated in a separator 11 and solidified in a cement solidifier 10. The sodium chloride in the filtrate is regenerated as NaCl by an electrolytic regenerator 12 and reutilized in the system. The high-purity gaseous chlorine as the electrolysis product is used as the material for industrial reagents.</p> |
