<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure rigidity as a sandwich structure body, and to reuse it at disassembling time by further vacuum-sucking the next outer shell material to the outside of an outer shell material holding a vacuum by internally inserting a core material capable of holding a shape under atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: A first outer shell material 1 prevents reduction in a degree of vacuum by checking infiltration of outside air such as air and organic gas, and gas impermeable aluminum foil 1a is arranged in an intermediate layer. The outside layer is also sandwiched by resin 1b excellent in flaw resistance and a thermally fusible resin 1c to adhere mutual wrapping materials for the purpose of protecting a surface. A second outer shell material 2 is composed of resin 2a capable of adhering to urethane foam and a thermally fusible resin 2b having adhesive strength lower than adhesive strength of the first outer shell material 1. In disassembling, a vacuum heat insulating panel wrapped in the first outer shell material 1 can be recovered in a reusable state by easily separating it from the second outer shell material 2 even if the second outer shell material 2 tears.</p> |
