<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color scratch-off lottery ticket wherein a counterfeit preventive effect and an alteration preventive effect are improved by a method wherein a pattern layer by a full color printing is provided on a concealing layer or on the total surface of a lottery ticket, and reconstitution of the concealing layer is made difficult. SOLUTION: On a concealing layer 13 which covers a lottery part region 17 of a scratch-off lottery ticket or on the total surface of the lottery ticket, a full color printing layer 14 is provided for this full color scratch-off lottery ticket, and for such a full color scratch-off lottery ticket, the full color printing layer 14 is constituted of a multi-color solid printing using special color inks, or a process color printing by halftone dots, and this full color printing layer 14 is provided in a manner to be synchronized with a pattern layer 16 of the lottery ticket.</p> |
