<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always hold an iluminance ratio of a work area to a peripheral area constantly and ensure efficiency and saving of illumination energy utility by comprising means for controlling dimming of illumination irradiating from means for illuminating a work area, a peripheral area of its outer periphery, and each area with general areas in a living room excluding these areas interlocking with a base of a predetermined luminance ratio. SOLUTION: A work area 61 and a periphery area 62 on a top face of a plurality of work desks 11 are illuminated by work area illuminating light source 12a, 12a' luminaires 12, 12' and peripheral area illuminating light sources 12b, 12b', and a general area 63 in a room other than top face of the desk 11 is illuminated by a general area illuminating light source 13. Preferably, the work area 61 is irradiated at a recommended iluminance based on JIS iluminance standards, and the periphery area 62 is irradiated at its iluminance of 1/2 to 1/3, and is adjusted at a suitable iluminance ratio. In addition, both light sources is preferably integrated by constituting same or different light sources. Iluminance of the general area illuminating means is such that an obstacle at a path or the like can be visually recognized.</p> |
