PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a microorganism deodorizing device enabling to excellently deodorize complex odor too. SOLUTION: Microorganisms are collected from soil or discharge water in the vicinity of a generation source of door and the microorganisms are cultivated, then carried on a carrier 1a and are immobilized on the deodorizing device having a deodorizing tank 1 housing the carrier. Then the microorganisms suited to the door are collected and cultivated, thus even complex odor can be excellently and surely deodorized.
